Are exchanges/return/refund allowed?

Is it possible to alter my order?
You can also alter your order before it has been shipped. It is not at all possible to make any changes in the order once it has left the warehouse. If you want any changes, make sure to call us at (+923000998980) and inform the customer service representatives.
What if my items have not arrived?
As a general rule, you will receive your orders within a 4 to 6 business day’s duration. However, if the order is delayed you can definitely contact our customer service personnel to inquire about the delivery of your goods. You can also track your shipment through an ID sent to you in the confirmation email of your order.
Is it possible to get a order delivered outside Pakistan?
